THE VERDICT

it is still few hours when a landmark verdict will be delivered.
its a landmark verdict in the sense that it took 60 years to deliver a verdict on a title suit.
its signifies so many things and raises so many questions on our claims of a great civilisation.
firstly, it seems judges are overwhelmed by the contesting parties.
secondly, if not than politics has played a overpowering role in delaying it.
thirdly, everyone took a position and violeted the principles of justice, while it was sub judice.
its virtually subversion of justice and a mother of all crime
now questions
what verdict it will be?
whether it will be honoured?
whether its outlived its utility?
will it serve any meaningful purpose?
and whether indian citizens believe in rule of law?
and i am afraid of possible answers......
its of little consequence whos favour will be it. if its in favour of muslims they will loose sympathy of every true RAM followers which are different from BJP followers.
if it will be in favour of hindus, then they will loose the confidence of modern indians who believe in fairness, justice and a crime free india.had they were, 1992 has no place in our history and may have waited for few more years for a verdict.
and indian administration cuts a sorry figure for itself. for
they took this dispute as a mere "title suit", without the possible ramifications. a issue related to RAM has been pending for 60yrs ! ! !
it should have been refered to SC and a day to day hearing should have been arranged.
who cares RAM in general and citizens of this country?
if media and politicians are believed, as they are making noises for respect of verdict, can they claim they respect law of the land? its they who are spreading fear . its a forgone conclusion whether it will be honoured. and whatever may be its outcome.and if the looser approaches SC, WE MAY WELL SEE ANOTHER FIVE YEARS.
indian citizens who never come on TV Or have always believed in rule of law, since we overcome ages of lawlessness.
BUT this TV PEOPLES AND OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES ALWYAS DOUBTED THEM, while its their integrity is always doubtfull.

It has been a long time since i felt writing a blog. Its not that there was no issues on which i can write, but i was sick of writing and asking my self " is there any use of it " since as a indian people we have lost sensitivity for everything but money. As the title it seems there is something fundamentally wrong with us. We dont have a feeling of NATION. we are all working at cross purpose.
Lets take the case of the worst ever industrial accident that we had in bhopal and our response. we are sending so much of relief materials all over the world, but for bhopal.....
The callousness is apalling
In our country nothing is available even while paying full price of it
you have no water when you need it most
you have no electicity when you need it most
police never available to safe gurad you
trains will never reach you on your destination safely
flight have lost sense of flying , have a habbit coming down if it flies at all
every fellow "deprived" citizen will deprive you of your belongings and even you have to pay with your life for his " just cause"
watch dogs have turned themselves into hunters.
one state is blocking the other
schools are not teaching any one, they are killing.
like everything justice also being denied on time.
where one will go?
will writing or saying is going to change any thing.
